Struggled to book a time as I was in an appointment beforehand so took me when I arrived with no hassle at all. Courtney was so friendly and chatty, definitely recommend and will return for any further piercings

Tankia made me feel very comfortable and spoke me through the process of the piercing. She regularly made sure I was ok and offered regular breaks, should they have been required.
