PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

PAYMENT TYPE - We accept cash or bank transfers as methods of payment. 

BOOKING FEE - Due to the demand to try and limit no shows we are now introducing a NON-REFUNDABLE £10-30 booking fee. This comes off the total price on the day. So please note the final price is stated next to each piercing - and the booking fee of £10 is what you pay to confirm your booking, which we then deduct from the final price on the day of the appointment.

TIME KEEPING - Please note we have a grace period to allow some lateness, due to travel etc, as we know this can happen. We ask all clients to be present 5-10 minutes early prior to their booked appointment time (this is to allow time for paperwork etc). If you are 10 minutes late from this point in time you will be put down as a no show, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will have to rebook back in. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as you can.

MULTIPLE PIERCINGS - If you are booking multiple piercings for yourself, chose one then write in the comment sections what other piercings you'd like - please do not book multiple sessions.

BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE - If you are booking sessions for you and friends make sure they book their own sessions, for track and trace reasons we need their details on their appointment. Eg, you and 2 friends are booking an appointment, each person needs to make an account and book their own session as we need the details to match the correct session.

IMPORTANT INFO - Please note that our piercer CANNOT pierce you without a valid and physical form of ID. Failure to bring ID will result in refusal on the day. We ONLY accept either an in date valid adult passport or provisional/full driving license. We cannot accept a photo of ID, it has to be a physical copy. Failure to produce correct ID on the day will a result in a loss of your booking fee. For under 16s, we require ID for the person receiving the piercing (birth certificate/young scot card) and the parent/guardian (passport/provisional license) to confirm the client's name/age AND to verify the parent/guardian's status. If you are the guardian to the client - we will also need documentation to prove this. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS - 

• Lobes - 8+ (with parent/legal guardian present under 16) - valid physical form of ID required
• Cartilage - 14+ (with parent/legal guardian present under 16) - valid physical form of ID required 
• Facial - 16+ valid physical form of ID required
• Body - 16+ valid physical form of ID required
• Nipple - 18+ valid physical form of ID required 
• Dermal - 18+ valid physical form of ID required 

Please note that a few piercings are more complicated, including some with more difficult healing processes, and some with increased risks of rejection and permanent scarring. Piercings are all temporary but leave permanent scars. Therefore, some select piercings (such as bridge piercings, industrial piercings etc.) will be exempt from the age restrictions shown above, and will have their own age restrictions. You can find the individual restrictions in the description of the piercing when booking. 

Under no circumstances will the piercer make exceptions to stray from these restrictions. These are put in place to protect her licensing and client/parent consent. 

All piercings are anatomy dependant and not every piercing is suited to every person.
