CASH ONLY - Please be aware we are a cash only premises, we do not accept any card or PayPal payments on the day. So please be prepared before your session and bring in cash with you. There are plenty of ATMs around us.

BOOKING FEE - Due to the demand Courtney currently has, and to try and limit no shows we are now introducing a NON-REFUNDABLE £10 booking fee. This comes off the total price on the day. So please note the final price is stated next to each piercing - and the booking fee of £10 is what you pay to confirm your booking, which we then deduct from the final price on the day of the appointment.

TIME KEEPING - Please note we have a grace period to allow some lateness, due to travel etc, as we know this can happen. We ask all clients to be present 5-10 minutes early prior to their booked appointment time (this is to allow time for paperwork etc). If you are 10 minutes late from this point in time you will be put down as a no show, your booking fee will be forfeited and you will have to rebook back in. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as you can.

MULTIPLE PIERCINGS - If you are booking multiple piercings for yourself, chose one then write in the comment sections what other piercings you'd like - please do not book multiple sessions.

BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE - If you are booking sessions for you and friends make sure they book their own sessions, for track and trace reasons we need their details on their appointment. Eg, you and 2 friends are booking an appointment, each person needs to make an account and book their own session as we need the details to match the correct session.

IMPORTANT INFO - If booking a nipple piercing please be aware you NEED to bring physical ID on the day, as Courtney/Jane will need to take a scan of it. Failure to bring ID will result in refusal on the day. We ONLY accept either an in date valid adult passport or provisional/full driving license. No exceptions for nipple piercings. We cannot accept a photo of ID, it has to be a physical copy. Failure to produce correct ID on the day will a result in a loss of your booking fee.

MEDICAL HISTORY - If you have any medical conditions or are currently on any medication please let us know in the comments section as failure to disclose anything medical prior to the session can result in refusal on the day due to our license. (eg. diabetes, heart conditions, blood pressure problems, blood thinning medicines etc)

AGE RESTRICTIONS - You must be 16 or older for ALL piercings. The only piercings we offer for 14+ is lobes and helix, and this is strictly with an accompanying parent or legal guardian with valid ID. No cousins or older friends - parents or legal guardians ONLY. Please note, we need photographic ID for the person receiving the piercing, not the parent/guardian.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF ID -

Please note each piercer has different discretion when it comes to ID. So please note what piercer you are booked in with to know what ID to bring along with you.

All piercings are anatomy dependant and not every piercing is suited to every person.
